Problem
I no longer have access to a system with VS2022 on it for testing, and it's currently broken (#1215) as of the major update
Solution
If we can get an automated setup for testing it, it may be possible to fix - probably just a case of getting some appropriate nuget versions or restoring the binding redirect hacks
