- added markEntrySaved, markEntryUnsaved
- extendend contents with additional parameters (count, ranked, unreadOnly, newerThan)
- fix issue in _request with parameters not being added to request
- added support for production developer mode (https://developer.feedly.com/v3/#authentication)
