For better maintainability, the list of PyPI badge definitions should be kept in alphabetical order based on the package name. The google-auth-oauthlib definition should be placed before the google-cloud-assured-workloads definition (on line 1699).

To maintain alphabetical order in the list of PyPI badge definitions, this definition for google-cloud-ces should be placed much earlier in the list. Based on its name, it should come before entries like google-cloud-gke-connect-gateway (on line 2071).
