All organisations were verified to exist as GitHub organisations at
time of submission.
Happy to follow this up with a subsequent PR that breaks the UK
sections into a finer-grained taxonomy — for example separating out
NHS trusts & ICBs, devolved administrations, arm's length bodies,
fire & rescue services, and research councils into their own named
sections, if that would be useful to the maintainers.
