Instructions for Use

• Install Jupyter and Python 3 (if not installed already)
• Install the followin Python modules (with pip3 install [module name]):
  • ipywidgets
  • requests
  • jupyter_contrib_nbextensions
• In the folder with the .ipynb file, run in command line:
  jupyter notebook SBOLAnnotations.ipynb
