Fixes #1772
Description of the problem being solved:
Adds desecrated mods to the custom modifiers dropdown, similar to essences. Normal mods for items can also be rolled as desecrated, so they are included in the list. But Desecrated mods are labeled and put at the top. Desecrated mods added through the crafting menu will get both the custom and desecrated tag, so that the remove button shows for the mod, similar to essence and custom mods. The text is kept blue, but maybe we want it to be green anyway? Easy revert if so.
