real-world skills or knowledge

Can you give an example of what you think this means? What is the difference between a Seminar relating to computing or electronics and a Seminar relating to real-world skills or knowledge?

Better represents CSH's current view on what a Technical Seminar is

Curious what evidence this assertion is based on.

While the first definition is just an objectively bad definition in general, the difference is that seminars that still have really good knowledge that can be used in Computer Science or Electronics still count. For example:

Discrete Math seminar would not count under the current definition
Behavioral Interview seminars wouldn't count under the current definition

It also allows for some more real life examples to be counted as well, important ones like How to do an oil change

This was me going around and talking with every single "group" that CSH currently has. This was the best definition that could be made to be a blanket statement across all of the organization.

Also a thing that's not included in this is during the intro process, the evals director would make a heavy note that Technical Seminar SHOULD be about something usable in the computer science field. But still allows for some useful seminars to happen without being a violation of the constitution
