How to make the text annotation rectangle is float, not the fixed size?

The sumatra PDF is wonderful and lightweight level software, all is good, It will be great if the text annotation rectangle size is not fixed, it can be adjusted according to the text what end user typed.

This feature is what I miss the most in sumatra. I use it all the time to grade and give my students feedback directly in their hand-ins.

this has been implemented in latest pre-release i.e. you can now resize annotations. Except the text annotation which is just an icon
