IDLE: Select current line when text is not selected while doing copy

Feature or enhancement

When the selection is empty, select and copy/cut the current line.

Original Python’s IDLE can copy empty text, but it seem make no sense.

What is the meaning of added the label of "stdlib"? What need I do? @StanFromIreland

It is just triage, you don't need to do anything. You can read more about labels in the devguide.

@StanFromIreland I prefer not adding the stdlib label to IDLE issues. It is noise on the IDLE project page and I suspect IDLE issues are not what people want if they search for stdlib. I could be wrong, so we could discuss on the core team discord triage channel if you want.

Terry, I won't argue, it is your module after all. I wasn't aware this is what you wanted, and I would assume that is the case for other people too, so I suggest you add a note on this to the devguide's page on labels.
