No 404 page handling #30
Description
The site doesn't have 404 page handling set up and leads to a broken GitHub Pages deployment page.
I can set up a standard expected 404 page the user can navigate i.e "404 page not found" in large bold text with site branding and a hyperlinked "Return home" leading back to the homepage, (and include the footer from PR #29 to allow navigation to the other pages)
The big question is: would an automatic redirect from the 404 page to the homepage be preferred? User hits a broken link -> they land back at the homepage automatically, maybe fast enough not to even see the 404 page.
What would be preferred here? Anything specific to include on the page? Messages?
