Add Emacs extension to "Supporting tools" page #663
Description
There is an Emacs extension in development that aims to support development with devcontainers with Emacs. At the current status it works well and is helpful and enables the seamless work with devcontainers for Emacs users. However, there are some features that would still be needed in order to call it complete.
What would be the process and the preconditions to get it mentioned in https://containers.dev/supporting?
