When opening a new window, the TOC won't work for that new window. #116

Here's an issue I've been having for a bit now. I'm using Linux Fedora 43 KDE, but this issue also happened when I used Windows 11.

It occurs when I right-click a note and open it in a new window, to have it open at the same time as the other one (I have two screens).

For example, if I were to open 2. Importing and exporting notes, the new window would look like this:

However, when I press the button to show the outline in this new window, it doesn't appear, it seems to toggle the outline/TOC of the initial main window. Moreover, when I'm focused on the new window, the initial main window's TOC incorrectly shows the headings of the new window.

When I focus back on the main window by clicking it, or trying to use the TOC to navigate the new window, it changes back to the correct TOC.

This makes it so I can only navigate or interact with the TOC of the original window, and leaves me unable to use it to navigate the new window, since there is only one outline/TOC sidebar at any given time.

This is particularly bothersome when working with two screens, when reading off another note to write in a new one.

Would it be possible for each window to have its own TOC/outline sidebar?
