Have CI monitoring also check for PR comments so it can instantly do those.

Currently, I have a task that does this, but it requires a manual action.
Having the CI monitoring prompt check that as well (or a seperate monitor with simular options) would be great!

Same, I have a slash-command to have the agent find and fix issues reported in GitHub pull requests (usually by another agent).

Alternatively, since my goal here is to have another agent review the diff, I'd be interested in having Polyscope run a local code review with inline comments (from another agent, i.e. adversarial review).
