🐞 Blurry font

Description

Some code text appears blurry regardless of the font or its styling.

To Reproduce

Either create an empty file and type in some code or open a file with pre-existing code.

Expected Behavior

The entire code text must not appear blurry.

CodeEdit: Version 0.3.3-alpha (44)
macOS: 13.7.8
Xcode: 15.2

Additional Context

Not sure what causes this issue. My monitor is HP w2207h set at its 1680x1050 native resolution, it's possible that it has to do with the display being non-Retina.

Hmm, this could be due to a number of reasons. You mentioned you had a non-retina display and that could have something to do with it. Could you try it out on the latest CodeEdit version (0.3.6) and check if it's still an issue?

The latest version of CodeEdit as of now (0.3.6) crashes when launched on my machine (Ventura) so I can't try it even though its release notes claim to have fixed that issue. And remember that a small part of the code text actually shows up well whether selected with the mouse or not.
